I just wanted to reiterate my sincere and grateful thanks to you, for the special effort that you put in, making my son Leigh and daughter in-law, Andrea's wedding anniversary so so special.
It has to be said, that it was truly the ultimate surprise for the both of them. The ribbons and balloons were a perfect likeness of the wedding day and even going as far as downloading the songs that were played on their wedding day so that they could listen to them as they were driven around in the car!!! Amazing!!
You must be psychic Paul. They don't usually like champagne, Leigh especially so, but they certainly enjoyed the champers that you provided. Really can't thank you enough. Without your help, I couldn't have pulled the surprise off. |

Just wanted to say thanks very much for the brilliant service your company gave us recently. We had an early flight and with my wife and 2 young children it made life easier to get a Taxi to Gatwick. A friend recommended your service and I was totally amazed with everything.
From the start - my enquiry and booking were dealt with professionally, then on the departure day your driver turned up EXACTLY on time, smart and with a fabulous luxury Mercedes. The drive to Gatwick was timed to perfection and in total comfort, the TVs in the rear of the car kept the kids entertained too! On our return, and after a long overnight flight back to the UK, it was so nice to know that Elite would be meeting us from the airport - actually in the Terminal to assist with our luggage. I was even more amazed that you had sent a larger vehicle to cope with the increase in our luggage (too much shopping whilst in America!!). Again another luxury vehicle and this time with a bottle of cold water, blankets and mints for each of us - such a lovely thought that was gratefully received!!!
Now, I mentioned above "Taxi" as this would normally be many peoples choice of transport to an airport. But Elite Fleet Cars can only be compared to a Taxi in one way - COST. I must say I was shocked at your rates - so cost effective and great value for money. Paul, thank you and your team once again for a quite outstanding service at an amazing price. Since returning, I have continually told people about Elite Cars and I will without doubt be using you for airport runs and general private hire in the future. |
