Q How much luggage can I take?
As much as you like as long as we know at the time of booking so that we can supply the right size vehicle.
Q Is there any way of avoiding paying the parking at the airport?
Yes. If you supply us with a mobile number at the time of booking,
we will give you the driver's phone number and he will wait close by
for your call and pull up outside the terminal building.
Q Will you come into the airport to greet us?
Yes, we will have a board with your name on it at the arrivals exit
or a pre-arranged meeting point, and assist you with your luggage
to the waiting vehicle.
Q Are there any additional charges for multiple pick-ups/drop-offs?
A small charge may or may not apply. Ask for details at time of booking.
Q Do you supply child safety seats?
Unfortunately not, but you can use your own and we will be more
than happy to store it for you for your return journey.
Q Can I smoke in your vehicles?
No, all our vehicles are non-smoking.
Q What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Any job cancelled within 24 hours of the time of hire will forfeit 100% of the cost.
Any job cancelled within 72 hours of the time of hire will forfeit 50% of the cost.
There will be no charge for cancellations over 72 hours. However if a specific vehicle and chauffeur has been requested and a deposit has been paid to secure this request or additional items or services have been purchased on behalf of our clients then we reserve the right to retain the deposit and charge in full for the services/items lost.
